While we do not accept refunds for used or opened products due to the nature of fragrances, we are always here to make things right if something goes wrong.
🌸 Eligibility for Refund
We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
• You received the wrong item.
• Your product arrived damaged or broken.
To be eligible, you must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• Share clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
• Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds if:
• The fragrance has been opened or used.
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• The item was ordered with an incorrect delivery address.
• The product was delivered successfully, but you were unavailable to receive it.
💕 What Happens Next?
Once your request is received and approved:
• We’ll either send a replacement product or issue store credit.
• Refunds to your original payment method will only be considered in rare, special circumstances.
Refunds or store credits are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
🎁 Gift Refunds
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
